Scott Cleland -Coaching Duties: Running backs; High School: Belpre High School Honors: All-TVC on Belpre's first playoff team and first undefeated season.College: Ohio U. and Marshall. Coaching Experience: Belpre, Federal Hocking, Southern, Meigs. Also, assistant track coach at Parkersburg HS. Coaching Highlights: coached Southern's first playoff team.
